About TNR

Trap Neuter and Release feral cat program. This is a program developed by, Liz Lynch. The TNR program is a free service where Liz traps feral cats - takes them to be spayed or neutered - and, once they have recovered from surgery, returns the cats to where they were trapped. The TNR program is a humane way to help control feral cat populations.
